Does CustTV include channels or streams?
No. CustTV is a player only — it ships with no channels, streams, or content. You connect your own portal from your own provider.
What portals are supported?
Ministra/Stalker-based portals. Enter the portal URL and the credentials your provider gave you.
How does pricing work?
There’s a free Limited plan you can use forever, plus Basic, Essential, and Advanced plans billed monthly or yearly (save up to 16% yearly). Paid plans include a 14-day free trial and you can cancel anytime. You only ever pay for the app and its playback features — never for content.
How many devices can I use?
One account works across your devices, with limits set by your plan: Limited covers 1 device and 1 screen at a time; Basic 2; Essential 3; and Advanced 5 devices with up to 5 screens at once. Portal and profile allowances scale the same way.
How does signing in on TV work?
On TV you sign in with a short pairing code shown in the app — enter it at account.custtv.com and the TV connects.
