Legal Notice

This notice explains what CustTV is, what it is not, and the rules for using it. Please read it together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. What CustTV is

CustTV is a media player application, and nothing more. It is software that lets you connect a device to a Ministra/Stalker-based portal that you already have from your own provider, and to play the media that your provider makes available to you. CustTV is comparable to a web browser or a generic video player: it is a neutral tool that displays content supplied by a third party you choose.

2. We supply no content or sources

CustTV does not, and will never:

• sell, resell, host, stream, cache, aggregate, or distribute any channels, films, series, radio, music, or other media;
• provide, sell, or recommend any portal, playlist, subscription, line, or content “source”;
• bundle, pre-load, or ship any content, credentials, or provider accounts with the app;
• index or maintain a catalogue of what any portal contains.

All media you see in CustTV comes from the portal you enter. We have no control over, and take no responsibility for, the existence, legality, quality, or availability of that media. The only thing we sell is a licence to use our player software.

3. Your portal, your responsibility

You are solely responsible for the portal, credentials, and services you connect to CustTV, and for ensuring that you have the lawful right to access and view that content in your country and under your agreement with your provider. Bringing your own portal to CustTV is like typing an address into a browser — the responsibility for that destination rests with you and your provider, not with the tool.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use CustTV to:

• access, stream, download, record, or redistribute any content you are not legally entitled to access;
• infringe the copyright, trademark, or other rights of any person or organisation;
• circumvent geographic, technical, or contractual restrictions in breach of applicable law; or
• break any law or regulation that applies to you.

We do not promote, encourage, enable, or condone piracy or access to illegal content. CustTV is intended for lawful use with portals you are authorised to use. If you cannot use the app lawfully, you must not use it.

5. No affiliation or endorsement

CustTV is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any broadcaster, network, studio, sports league, streaming service, portal operator, or content provider. Any portal you connect is operated entirely by a third party we have no relationship with.

6. Copyright & intellectual property

We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same. Because CustTV hosts no content, we are not the source of, and cannot remove, any media delivered by a third-party portal — that content lives with your provider, not with us. Rights holders with concerns about specific content should contact the relevant portal or provider directly, as they are the party able to act on it.

7. Reporting copyright concerns

If you believe our own software or website (as opposed to third-party portal content) infringes your rights, contact us at legal@custtv.com with enough detail to identify the material and your rights in it, and we will review it promptly. We will reasonably cooperate with valid legal requests.

8. Trademarks

“CustTV” and our logo are marks of CustTV. All other product names, brands, channels, and trademarks referenced anywhere in connection with a user’s portal belong to their respective owners and are used, if at all, for identification only. Their appearance does not imply any endorsement or association.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

CustTV is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that any particular portal or content will work, be available, or be lawful in your location. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability arising from your choice of portal or the content you access through it.
